Revitalisating the Public realm in Yangons Streets. 2 Pilot street projects, designs and guidelines for sustainable, socially and gender

inclusive and universally accessible streets that would be both scalable and replicable across the city by the Local Authority YCDC

The project integrates sustainable urban drainage solutions into the streetscape with rain gardens and storm trees that retain rain water run off and prevent overloading the storm drains and resultant flooding.
